One Cardiac Image Can Save A Life
Welcome to PrivaCors, Inc.
PrivaCors, Inc. is dedicated to providing you with the latest advances in cardiac care. As part of that effort, PrivaCors, Inc. provides links to webinars that will help doctors learn the latest procedures and patients receive the best possible care.
I hope you attend our new live cardiac webinars on Wednesday mornings at 7:00 AM EST. There are strong advantages to the conference being live because of my desire that the conference be interactive with use of the Socratic teaching method rather than a medical school didactive lecture which can be so boring. For this reason, our team deliberately withholds the topic of the discussion so as to present a mystery case and to allow the use of deductive reasoning (very clever, my dear Watson). This plays on the popularity of mystery rooms, Sherlock Holmes games and TV shows such as the House TV show, and the Medical Mystery TV show. It is our hope that the nurses, residents, fellows and attendings will pick up a mike or phone in and use the opportunity to address every EKG, echo , and other images as we work our way through a case. A compelling purpose of these presentations is to expose the participants to new Advanced Cardiac Imaging i.e. Cardiac MR, Cardiac PET, Cardiac CT, strain and 4D echo.
There will also be exposure to Cardio-Oncology, a new subspecialty of cardiology. Other technologies utilized will be patient transmission of remote EKGs from their phones, use of CardioMEMS, Telecardiology robotically from the ER, and other new medical connectivity.
Other current websites are ICOSNA.org for Cardio-Oncology and hypothermicmedicine.com for hypothermic medicine.
Thank you very much for your continued support to make cardiovascular superior education a proactive goal for our building of HCA strong intellectual capital by physician and nursing education.
Best Wishes,
Eric
Promoting Excellence in Cardiovascular Care
One image can save a life, and with low or no radiation, do no harm. At PrivaCors, Inc. we are using low and no-radiation (ALARA) imaging to secure accurate and useful images of the heart, which help patients to avoid risky and frequently unnecessary invasive testing at dramatically lower costs. In fact, we have developed ultra low radiation nano-images of single plaques for follow-up treatment response by making time lapse movies of dangerous plaques.
Our Mission
Use precise, safe and affordable testing for early detection of coronary artery disease and prevention of heart attacks.
